Q
What is the purpose of your cash advances?

Q
How do I go about repaying my cash advance?
A
We will use your debit card or direct debit from your current account to take the repayment of your cash advance on your next wage day.

Q
Do you do credit or score checks?
A
No we don’t, your past credit record does not interest us, we are interested only in your current ability to repay your cash advance and cover your other financial commitments on your next wage day.

Q
Can I rollover my cash advance until my next wage day?
A
Yes, you can rollover your cash advance as many times as you want to, however, our cash advances are short-term loans designed to help you get by until your next wage day. If you need credit for a longer period of time, then a short-term cash advance might not be your best option and we would advise you to seek a more appropriate form of loan.

Q
Do I need to have a cheque guarantee card?
A
No you don’t need a cheque guarantee card, but you do need to have either a valid debit card for the bank account into which your wage gets paid, or a direct debit facility on that account.

Q
How soon can I have my cash?
A
If your loan is approved and we receive your signed agreement before 2.30pm and you can get to one of our stores, you can have your money the same day. Alternatively you can have your money sent by BACS to your account free of charge which takes three working days, or finally you can pay an express fee of £15 which is deducted from your loan amount and you will receive your money the same day.
